What Are The Reasons For The Appearance Of HDMI Cables?

In the production process of HDMI cable, there are often defects in appearance, such as unsmooth surface, clinker particles (early vulcanized rubber particles) or impurities on the surface; scratches and abrasions on the surface of wires and cables; There is a collapse on the surface, a twist pattern on the surface, etc. The following are several common causes of appearance defects caused by HDMI cables collected by Xiaobian on the network, for the reference of the majority of HDMI cable manufacturers:

There are several reasons for the appearance of HDMI cables:

1. The mold sleeve bearing line is too long or too short, the die port is not smooth and the aperture is too large, the temperature of the machine head, die port or fuselage is low, and the plasticity of the rubber material is small, which may cause the rubber sleeve cable surface to be not smooth.

2. The supplied rubber is not clean, contains impurities, the scorching time of the rubber material is too short, the temperature of the squeezed rubber body, machine head or mouth mold is too high, the rubber flow in the machine head is not smooth, and there are rubber dead corners; Unsmooth screws, viscose, etc. may cause clinker particles (early vulcanized rubber particles) or impurities to appear on the surface of the rubber sheathed cable.

3. The mold sleeve has no chamfer, is not smooth, has abrasions, impurities, and the diameter of the outlet gasket of the vulcanized pipe is small.

4. Most of the impurities in the insulating material and semi-insulating material are brought in during mixing and the feeding process of the extruder.

The reason for the appearance problem of HDMI cable is first shared here, I hope to help you, if there is anything you don't know about HDMI cable, welcome to consult our staff.
