Do you know the precautions of terminal?

Do you know the precautions of terminal?

.Tighten the wiring properly to prevent excessive force from sliding the bolts and nuts. Replace the bolts and nuts that have slipped in time, and do not work on them.

.When tightening or loosening the screw with a screwdriver, be sure to tighten the screwdriver with force, and then tighten or loosen it to prevent the screwdriver from slipping with the screw, causing screw damage and not easy to remove, especially the empty mouth commonly used in the hanging box.

.If it is found that bolts and nuts are difficult to disassemble, do not act rhesly to prevent deformation, making disassembly more difficult, should be given appropriate beating, or add screw loosening agent, diluted hydrochloric acid, etc., and then disassemble.

.Do not use a vise to tighten or loosen the bolt and nut to prevent damage. Adjust the opening when using a adjustable wrench to prevent damage and deformation of the bolt and nut, resulting in disassembly difficulties.

.A maximum of two wires of the same type and specification are allowed in one terminal block.

.When the wire connector or wire nose is connected to each other, it is strictly prohibited to install non-copper or poor electrical conductivity gaskets in the middle.

.When connecting the wire connector, the contact surface is required to be smooth and no oxidation phenomenon. When connecting the wire nose or copper bar, the contact surface can be cleaned, coated with conductive paste, and then tightened.

.When connecting a temporary cable, fold the terminal of a single cord in half and connect it to the empty opening and lower opening.

.When connecting 30KW and above motors, no jumper is required between the motor outlet and the electrical conductor connected to the motor, no jumper spacer is allowed, and the conductivity is poor, such as tinned nuts, flat pads, spring pads, etc.

.When wrapping cables or other devices with insulation tape to protect insulation, wrap the insulation layer from one end to the other in a ratio of 1/2, and make at least one round trip.
