When tightening or loosening the screw with a screwdriver, you must forcefully tighten the screwdriver, and then tighten or loosen it to prevent the screwdriver from slipping with the screw, causing screw damage and not easy to disassemble, especially the commonly used empty opening in the hanging box.

3. If you find bolts and nuts that are difficult to disassemble, do not act recklessly to prevent deformation and be more difficult to disassemble, you should give appropriate knocking, or add screw loosener, dilute hydrochloric acid, etc. to disassemble later.

4. Do not use a vice to tighten or loosen the bolt nut to prevent damage, adjust the opening when using a live wrench to prevent the bolt nut from being damaged and deformed, resulting in difficult disassembly and assembly.

5. The same terminal block allows up to two wires of the same type and specification.

6. For terminal blocks that are easy to loosen or easy to contact, the wire connector must start with "?" The type is fastened to the terminal block to increase the contact area and prevent loosening.

7. When the wire connector or wire nose is connected to each other, it is strictly forbidden to install a gasket made of non-copper or with poor conductivity in the middle.

8. When the wire connector is connected, the contact surface is required to be smooth and no oxidation phenomenon, when the wiring nose or copper bar is connected, the contact surface can be cleaned up and applied with conductive paste, and then tightened.

9. When connecting the temporary wire, the terminal of the single wire flexible wire is required to be folded in half once, and then connected to the empty opening and lower port; Single-core hard wire should start with "?" Type to the empty opening.

10, 30KW and above motor wiring, it is required that no jumper between the motor outlet and the cable conductor connected to the motor is allowed to jump the spacer with poor conductivity, such as galvanized nuts, flat pads, spring pads, etc.

11. When using insulating tape to wrap cables or other equipment to protect insulation, the insulation layer should be wound from one end to the other in a ratio of 1/2, and at least one round trip.
